Weekend Challenges

Lots of challenges over the weeked, especially going to 2 demolition derbies. I missed 2 meals and did a lot of snacking.

I did my best to count all the points, though. I think I pretty much burned up all my weekly allowance points.

How did you guys do over the weekend?

  1. I was pretty happy with my weekend. It was definitely easier to eat better on a weekend that was a little less action-packed and stressful. I'm still struggling with pushing myself to track my points daily. I always start off right, but not much gets tracked after lunch.

  2. Yeah, I had to sit down and think to fill in the gaps last night. I am hoping I didn't miss any snacks, so I think I am just going to assume that I am over by 10 points to give myself a little buffer.

  3. This weekend was horrible for me. I ate and drank non stop on Saturday which I don't think was real good for me but I am guessing that I probably went over atleast 20 points. I know that I will have to do a lot of work this week to make up for what I lost but I don't think it will be that bad.
