Are you up for it?

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to lose weight.

Sounds simple, doesn't it? If only that were true!

We all know that it's much easier said than done. So, why not do it together? Join my challenge and not only will you be working to lose weight, you will also be helping everyone else along the way. This can be a good way to check up on each other and provide encouragement along the way, with a little friendly competition.

I'm thinking that we need a weekly weigh-in day. We can use the honor system and you can then post how much weight you have lost (or gained). Anyone have an opinion on a good weigh-in day?

So, if you are not too intimidated by my title of SMS Biggest Loser of 2008, hurry up and accept this challenge by making a comment. But hurry, this message will self destruct in 10 seconds.
