Everyone be sure to weigh in today! Write it down somewhere safe. This is your starting weight. Try to be consistent as far as the time of day you are weighing in. For example, I weigh myself every morning first thing, so I will always use that number from each Tuesday.
Anyone want to make an Excel spreadsheet for everyone to track their weekly weights and maybe a percentage of weight lost???

ReplyDeleteI made a spreadsheet with weekly weights and percentage of weight loss up to that week. I am thinking the best way to get this to you is by e-mail. I don't know Ryan's so I will just send it to Jamie. Jamie, I don't know if you know this but we are not able to make new blogs. We can only comment on ones that you write. I didn't know if that is the way you wanted it ornot I just thought I would let you know.
